But septuples? That's when you have seven of the same number.

It almost happened yesterday in Quebec, when the Extra drawing produced 0-2-0-0-0-0-0. (Extra is a seven-digit numbers add-on game.)

A little more info about tuples . Here is a list of some common numbers and their corresponding terminology:

1 single / singleton

2 pair / double / doublet

3 triple / triplet

4 quad / quadruple

5 quintuple / pentuple
