			<description><![CDATA[<p>Well i went yesterday and tried out the buy one at a time, scratch it, see the results and then play accordingly. Worked out pretty well, came out 45 ahead for the morning. Not too shabby. The machine i get my tickets from was out of the new 5 dollar bingo scratchers i wanted to play. I bought one of the 25 scratchers and earned my money back on it, then stupidly bought another. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello all, been an avid scratcher for years now. Always played WV lottery, occasionally SC and NC. Most recently gotten into the PA lottery as it is only five mins down the road. Any ways, ive been trying to devise a new plan for scratching, let me know which one sounds like the better bet.
