			<description><![CDATA[<p>This is the correct way too use DECADES in a Pick-5 like 5/36 it would look like this (1-9),(10-19),(20-29) and (30-36) an even distribution of numbers now in the Pick-6 like 6/53 it would go (1-9),(10-19),(20-29),(30-39),(40-49) and (50-53).In the Pick-3/4 like so (0,1,2)(3,4,5)(6,7,8,9) the last group would yeild the most acitivity since it has the most numbers and highest numbers.</p>]]></description>
