GRRR speaking of workouts......yesterday when I was putting the numbers (for LL) on my chart I noticed a big gap in numbers right in the middle of the chart and said to myself I bet all the numbers are going to come from that gap No low numbers and nothing in the 30's because 3 numbers from the 30's hit(in the numbers I was charting for 3/5) sooooooo

I buy my tickets and play my numbers when I buy the papers in the morning. The time can be anytime between 8:30 AM and Noon, depending upon what time I decide to get up.

I read a book called BLINK by Malcolm Gladwell (YES I do alot of reading) In this book he talks about and shows examples of times when first impressions are more accurate than longer, thought out processes and/or processes where more information is given. (Sorry no examples with the lottery)

I couldn't help but wonder if in looking over charts and doing workouts and analyzing everything trying to find those numbers to play........that in looking in every corner and from every angle maybe what... [ More ]

I have a certain allotted time to buying my tickets; once in the morning and once in the afternoon and at the end of the day/work before I go home-you must have a time-system in order to buy your lottery tickets on time. I cannot determine if buying my tickets early morning or late evenings would help me win more--it's all about timing and the LUCK OF THE DRAW BECAUSE IT TAKES ONLY ONE WINNING TICKET!! I tend to hit more pick3's in the evening Draw! and Pick4 at midday That's how it works for me!

But lately since I am playing right after I work out my numbers in the early mornings, I find that I win more often! It was pointed out that It is the time of the day that perhaps I am more Alert! In fact I am more alert in the mornings. Later at night I seem to get a second wind... it is midday and early afternoon that I seem to drag

Hmm... time of day, good question. Could be interpreted as what time of day is best for picking numbers?

Seems to me that this might make a difference depending on when a person is most alert/awake, so there might be something to it. I think everyone has a natural point in their day (maybe more than one point) when they are their sharpest, so why not use that time to work through the numbers? Makes sense to me.

I buy multi-draws for the whole month. I just did that this morning in Virginia and Tennessee.

I occasionally buy an extra QP here and there during the month, usually later in the day.

I've been on a small win ($2 to $100) streak here for about 2 1/2 months where I've been winning small prizes almost every drawing on one or another of the games I play. This has never happened before. I usually have a winning streak of a week or two and then long dry spells for a couple months or more.
