			<description><![CDATA[<p>Just because you read something on the net doesn&#x27;t make it true the lottery is not a tax on the people, the people are not required to buy lottery tickets, and you cant pay your taxes with losing lottery tickets.<br /><br />You only get taxed if you win more than 600 dollars.<br /><br />Any games played here in the USA other than the lottery and are legally sanctioned where the prize is grater than 600 dollars is taxable in most states.<br /><br />If the lottery were a voluntary tax then we should be able to deduct any... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/209960/1574623">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>i wasnt referring to a lotto game i was referring to a game other than the lottery....Games that are not lotteries are also called: GAMES....i didnt meant to say: 50% tax i meant to say: 50% of every dollar that goes to the state lottery...<br /><br />and i wasnt that wrong because lottery is a volunteered tax...i ve seen many articles on the net saying that is a volunteer tax...</p>]]></description>
