Listen what i told you, IS GOING TO HAPPEN, maybe not now, maybe 30 years from now, maybe 70 years from now maybe: 120 years from now but is going to happen they will have to, they are not going to replace the game stuff might change...

Let´s put this scenario, the state lottery has their games, you are working on your system you got a couple of mini-supercomputers for $5,000 or $20,000 and you are doing a hell of a research on your system and working out on your system...And let´s say it took you: 17 years...But guess what, YOUR SYSTEM REALLY KICKS BUTTS....But you didnt know that your computer keystrokes where recorded and the state lottery was keeping an eye on it...The state lottery finds out that your system can win any lotto game with 1 ticket which is impossible but still you managed to pull it off...

If the lotto found out about your system and they dont decide to to change the matrix, what they decide to do is CHANGE the game, again they dont change the matrix because that too your system can win, what they do is REPLACE the game, they can create a picture I.D game, or a maze type of game (have you seen some mazes) or words in the dictionary type of game (funster), WHATEVER THEY DO is hard to win, except that is outside your comfort zone of work and is something totally new to you, (you may be good at numbers but you might suck at something or everything else), will you still play will you start back from ¨0¨....i dont think i could but will you...

Even though i dont see why they will do it they could simply buy you out which i´ve been saying they should get insurance...

Not just that lotto is considered an: Old game with new trends and new fashion, and times changing and you getting older and your kids been the future leaders of tomorrow they might not play the lotto what they might do is, create a new game totally different to you and who knows this game might be more: COOL and it could beat the lottery...Like for instance when sport betting begings to pick up steams it might just replace the lotto...Look at casinos they are popping everywhere and they are possing challenges to the state lottery...The lottery might be a big thing now but it might not be the biggest thing in the future 30 or 40 years from now...So the state lottery will have to feel forced to own those games...Who knows what might be the next game of the future...Poker might be the next big thing who knows...And you DO know that the state lottery is also competing with poker, sports, casinos and who knows what tomorrow might bring....Dude you dont hear about ¨DISCO¨ anymore do you...There might be a lotto poker who knows....

So if this occur will you be willing to start back from ¨0¨ from scratch...

The state lottery has: some lotto reserve for example...

    permutation games are: 4x harder than regular combination games...So they could create a: Pick1/25 + Pick1/25 + Pick1/25 + Pick1/25 + Pick1/25 + Pick1/25 for Powerball, it has: 244 million combinations...It is harder than powerball....

combination games with bonus balls are harder more bonus balls harder...

combination games or permutation games with letter or half letters half numbers are harder than regular lotto games...

They could create a permutation game and add 2 combination game bonus balls...Again unheard off...

BUT even though the state lottery still have some tricks up its sleeves to defend itself it is still and old game (lotto has like: 500 years i think and keno 1,000 i think), it is still and old game of an age past and you dont know what kind of game the future will bring what kind of game your kids or grandkids will like that could replace the lotto or beat the lotto...You do know that the fan base of the lotto is what keeps it afloat...

Jee I guess EVERYONE here has a: 100% degree of certainty that their kids or grandkids will not end up in the same situation as you and will not end up on this same website and will grow up to be: a SURGEON GENERAL, or Heads of State or Donald Trump, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, AND ETC...By the way some: 40 years from now or 50 years from now...And Santa Clauss can fly...Just so you know we DO have managers, VOLCANOLOGIST, SALES REPRESENTATIVES on this site...It can happen to ANYONE...I dont know if todd will be here but i am sure there will be a website about lotto somewhere on the net...

I dont know maybe is because i like the movie: Entrapment a lot...

you know some stuff are SO EVIDENT most cant see it...Just so you know if your 33 year old son or 22 year old grandsome ends up on his site he is not going to face a: Pick5/59 + Pick1/43 because since 30 or 40 years have passed since you got older or whatever he is going to face a: pick5/95 + pick1/66...or who knows what more difficult...

I´ll like to see your DAUGHTER (s)/greatgrandaughters SUFFERING on this site...see how nice it looks...

Hi pumpi. This is all good food for thought, but there is this one variable that won't let it happen: The current game set-up(s) work flawlessly in that the states make tons of money already based on the natural odds. With this in mind, it kinda goes back to the "don't fix what ain't broken" menatality...you know.

This is why the payouts are fixed according to the difficulty level of matching the winning combinations. The more numers involved, the harder and with less numbers it's easier. Payouts are super high for big games and low for smaller one's. I'm aware you probably already know this, okay.

However, I'm trying to demonstrate how the state's games will likely never change because they have money coming in already which is guaranteed in averages along with occasional big winners. Theses winners only get a very, very small portion of what's in surplus. If anything, they'll develop newer games which may provide slightly better odds of winning but, they will never lose money.

You're a thinker and this is what it takes sometimes to figure things out...with certainty.

              L.L.

You are right and i forgot to mentioned it...Whenever this new game in the future beats the lottery they will continue to make money from the 50% that they tax but the jackpots might be smaller because it will lose players....However if these new games arise that is appealing to a new wave of people, is possible the state will take it for them and supervise the game, because the state is the only one in charge of supervising betting games of large magnitude so is probably going to belong to the state....

but the ones screwed will be lottery players that will have to change games to the new game...the state will survive but is the lotto players that will have to embrace the change...that´s how i see it...

The lottery usually changes games because of poor sales not because people are winning.

The lottery doesn't tax you the state does.

Lotteries make most of their cash selling scratch offs it's their biggest daily income.

i wasnt referring to a lotto game i was referring to a game other than the lottery....Games that are not lotteries are also called: GAMES....i didnt meant to say: 50% tax i meant to say: 50% of every dollar that goes to the state lottery...

and i wasnt that wrong because lottery is a volunteered tax...i´ve seen many articles on the net saying that is a volunteer tax...

Just because you read something on the net doesn't make it true the lottery is not a tax on the people, the people are not required to buy lottery tickets, and you cant pay your taxes with losing lottery tickets.

You only get taxed if you win more than 600 dollars.

Any games played here in the USA other than the lottery and are legally sanctioned where the prize is grater than 600 dollars is taxable in most states.

If the lottery were a voluntary tax then we should be able to deduct any moneys owed to the government. In the court if you owe money to the government and you tell the judge well your Honor i play the lottery here are my losing tickets he would laugh out loud along with everyone else in the court.
