It only takes $1...playing more really depends on if you can afford to or not. But $1-$5 is great if you are just doing QP's. Some people spend more to play numbers they wheeled...but that is something different. Sometimes it is habit to go to the store pick up a few items and grab a few tickets in the process...I use to do that...I never really thought about winning or not in those days and would either break even or get a few extra dollars out of it. Thanks for the kind words. I am glad to see that your mother is still with you at 93. My grandfather will be 94 in two weeks, God willing (he has some health issues that aren't really operable at his age.).... and I am grateful that he has been around to see my 3 sons and that they got to know their great grandfather.

I'm not an expert on this....

Thanks for your comments everyone.

The visualization is something that I have felt or imagined a long time ago.... It wasn't something that I have wished for (although it would be nice), I don't dwell on it unless I ask myself should I buy a ticket today or not? Even in the best times,I still felt that there was going to be a win, but it had to be when it was needed the most. At those times I didn't play. I have a blog post about the ability to attract prosperity. It is a synopsis, not as detailed as my prosperity recording I use. When I use the exercize I win, my health is better, and I make better decisions. I toyed with the idea of posting part of it here. Since I am currently attracting to myself some stressfree, relaxing time I will just mention the blog post for anyone interested, and hope it is of some help to someone.

I always hope that everyone can get a little piece of the pie. $200,000-250,000---$1,000,000 or $12,000,000-$20,000,000 can do alot of good for someone. The jackpot amount is what it is. I also think if the right person and let me say who knows what that really means...can do alot of good with a jackpot in the 100's of millions...of course a winner might not do anything good with that amount...but that is on them. You've got it...but considering hitting a lottery jackpot not only someone else has to lose but everyone else has to lose (unless a person is one of those rare souls who prays for someone else hitting too, because the jackpot amount is obscene ).

Somehow it seems to smack of bad karma if someone is trying to bring in the cosmos to hit a solo jackpot in the hundreds of millions.

Exactly. For me to win...someone else has to lose...that is how life is...I have no problems with that. There are a lot of things other people have to get shut out of in order for someone else to obtain...that's life...it doesn't mean someone will never get what they truly want in time.

This is realted to trying to use the law of attraction and visulaization to produce a lotto hit, a jackpot, for one self.

In a book about angels, the author mentioned people praying to angels for some help in bringing about a lottery win. The angel's, all angels, reaction to this is that they will not get involved in it because for any given drawing you have millions of people praying to various angels for the same thing.

I just know what I have read and most of it is BS. However visualization and the law of attraction happen all the time...like you mentioned with some of the little things that happen because you want them to. I have seen things happen in my life because of visualization and the law of attraction...even though at the time I wasn't aware it was happening...but looking back I know it to be true. Being negative doesn't help and even a little negativity can alter what you want and mess things up afte... [ More ]

My experiences with visualization were always accompanied by a catalyst - me. I would visualize things I wanted to happen and I knew they would but I also made every effort to make sure they did. How that applies or can be applied to the lottery is anybody's guess.

I'm not totally convinced on the merits of visualization or the law of attraction. I'm open to the possibility that it can work for some people though.

I need something explained to me based on visualization and the law of attraction ..Can negativity still exist in visualization and the positive event still occur?

I mainly think in analytical ways, but I do know of some things that have occurred in my life that I had no control over, but through some kind of visualization, they came true.
