Shouldn't take more than 10 to 15 seconds.

If it hangs just click Control Break keys (Ctrl Break) Break key ususally is the button at the right most corner of most keyboards. Usually Pause/Break Key.

The calculations may take longer on older computers. If you have other programs open this may also slow down the calculations.

Normally how long does the program take to start calculating on the combinations, mine is taking a lot longer sometimes it just hangs, any take on that ?? or is it just me

Instructions for Excel file MegaPowerSums.xls

This file should be currently open.

Go to cell T1 and follow the Steps:

Step 1: Enter the highest 5 digits in your lottery game in cell range F3 through J3. So for example, using the Mega Millions you would enter 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 in cell range F3 through J3.

Step 2: Press the F9 key on your keyboard to randomly select 10 Lexicographic Numbers for Sum 142 for the Mega Millions lottery game

Instructions for Excel file Sums.xls

Open the Excel file Sums.xls

Go to the Tab labeled Sums5

In this worksheet you can calculate the number of Combinations for each of the Sums

Currently the Sums and Combinations are calculated for the Power Ball 5/59 game. Look at the cell range H3 through L3. You see the numbers 55 in cell H3 and 59 in cell L3.

If you want to calculate the Mega Millions Game just enter the numbers 52 in cell H3, 53 in cell I3, 54 in cell J3, 55 in cell K3, and... [ More ]

Instructions for Excel file MegaPowerHistories.xls

The main purpose is to update both the Mega Millions and Power Ball drawings and determine what Sums to play for that particular game.

The histories only contain the most current martrix for each game:

Mega Millions - 5/56 1/46 Mega Ball. There are a total of 503 drawings going back to June 24, 2005

Power Ball = 5/59 1/39 Bonus Ball. There are a total of 133 drawings going back to January 7, 2009

There are Tabs labeled MegaMillion... [ More ]

Below is a download link to a zip file that contains 3 Excel files (Excel 2002).
