Pick 3 - "Dueness" - Observation - Florida Combined Draws

I wanted to add this insight to the Florida file.

513 hit this week Wednesday Eve with a Dueness Index of 0.81472. Use the Dueness Index .70000 through 0.79999 until this segment hits.

If the Dueness Index hits, for the next segment of drawings re-calculate using a Dueness Index range of between 0.70000 through 0.79999. Enter them in the Tab labeled Pick3HitSkipChart in cells B7 and C7. You will see that this gives you 51 selections in cell C9.

WSLS, i know we r not at this point yet, but how do we update the 7day segments where u show what has hit and if it falls within the range (would not paste right) it is on the pick3dueness tab

Go to the tab labeled Pick3HitSkipChart and scroll over to cell range BX through CG.

I have to sort the list to arrive at the combinations in this range. See my previous response to CarliG on how I do it.

I'm just testing this strategy and not would not recommend playing any combinations.

I'll have to check your selections. When you change to just Midday draws it will most likely change the Dueness Index possible play range.

OK, you entered today's Florida Midday Pick 3 - 035

Add a new sheet by right clicking any one of the Tab at the bottom. Doesn't matter which one. So right click any tab and then select Insert from the list of options. The a window will open then select Worksheet then click OK. You should now have a new sheet added. Might be sheet1, sheet2 it doesn't matter. This is where we will copy and paste our new combinations.

Go to the Tab labeled Pick3Dueness and enter the number 20 in cell B4.

I saw a couple discrepencies in directions so I want to be sure its okay..

The reason I enter a 26 is that the number bypasses the 6 draws since Sunday Evening and gives you all the stats. It's like the 6 (Monday Midday Combined, Tuesday Midday Combined, and Wenesday Midday Combined) draws have not been drawn.

If you go to the Tab labeled Draws after you updated all the draws including tonights drawing you will see that the most current drawing is on line 20. The last time I update I used Sunday's Evening draw. So if you look at the line Sunday's drawing is on line... [ More ]

In the Tab labeled Pick3HitSkipChart go to cell B4 and replace the number that is there now with the number 26

Scroll over to cell range X1 through AC7 and you should have the same chart as above.

Use the Florida Excel file.

No easy way to import the draws other than copy and pasting the Missouri draws into the Florida Draws tab. Save and change the name of the Excel file to Pick3DuenessMissouri for example. You may need to delete the excess Florida draws at the bottom or if Missouri has more Pick 3 draws you will need to drag the formulas down to the last entry for Missouri.

Wait until the 7th drawing is completed which is this Thursday April 29, 2010 Midday drawing.

Just keep adding the draws to the Draws Tab by clciking the Toolbar Click To Add New Drawing . When the Midday drawing from April 29, 2010 is entered. Go to the Tab labled Pick3Dueness and in cell B4 enter the number 20. Then go to the Tab labeled Pick3HitSkipChart and enter the number 27 in cell B4.

Go back to the Tab labeled Pick3Dueness and scroll over to cell range CI3 through CN10.

WSLS, another awesome sheet, downloaded the sheet for pa and FL, is there a quicker way to get the draws imported for MO before I delete the draws for sheets I downloaded and start inputting again.

I downloaded the sheet and am not ashamed to admit , I havent a clue how you would come up with the next list when this one expires..

I got as far as entering the next draw LOL

I pushed the buttons and saw things happening, but how did you arrive at the segmented list..

Total Hits before today drawings was 11

Dueness Index was 0.14225 before todays Midday drawing

Skip was 113 - Last hit February 28, 2010 Evening Drawing

Were looking for HITS from combinations with a Dueness Index from 0.80000 to 0.89999

Close but no cigar for todays Midday draw.

I did a backtest for Pennsylvania Dueness and was courious about other states so I selected Florida combined draws.

I've been looking at Libra Dave's method of Dueness Index for the Florida Pick 3 Combined Midday Evening draws.

To calculate the Duesness:

1. Calculate the Total Number of Hits in your states Pick 3 game. I'm testing this using all 8,737 Florida Pick 3 Combined Draws

For example, the combination 000 has hit 7 times in 8,737 draws. So the average is 1248.14
