			<description><![CDATA[<p>I wanted to add this insight to the Florida file.<br /><br />513 hit this week Wednesday Eve with a Dueness Index of 0.81472. Use the Dueness Index .70000 through 0.79999 until this segment hits.<br /><br />If the Dueness Index hits, for the next segment of drawings re-calculate using a Dueness Index range of between 0.70000 through 0.79999. Enter them in the Tab labeled Pick3HitSkipChart in cells B7 and C7. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>OK, you entered today&#x27;s Florida Midday Pick 3 - 035<br /><br />Add a new sheet by right clicking any one of the Tab at the bottom. Doesn&#x27;t matter which one. So right click any tab and then select Insert from the list of options. The a window will open then select Worksheet then click OK. You should now have a new sheet added. Might be sheet1, sheet2 it doesn&#x27;t matter. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>The reason I enter a 26 is that the number bypasses the 6 draws since Sunday Evening and gives you all the stats. It&#x27;s like the 6 (Monday Midday Combined, Tuesday Midday Combined, and Wenesday Midday Combined) draws have not been drawn.<br /><br />If you go to the Tab labeled Draws after you updated all the draws including tonights drawing you will see that the most current drawing is on line 20. The last time I update I used Sunday&#x27;s Evening draw. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Best,<br /><br />Use the Florida Excel file.<br /><br />No easy way to import the draws other than copy and pasting the Missouri draws into the Florida Draws tab. Save and change the name of the Excel file to Pick3DuenessMissouri for example. You may need to delete the excess Florida draws at the bottom or if Missouri has more Pick 3 draws you will need to drag the formulas down to the last entry for Missouri.<br /><br />If you need help let me know. I can help you tomorrow.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Carli,<br /><br />Wait until the 7th drawing is completed which is this Thursday April 29, 2010 Midday drawing.<br /><br />Just keep adding the draws to the Draws Tab by clciking the Toolbar Click To Add New Drawing . When the Midday drawing from April 29, 2010 is entered. Go to the Tab labled Pick3Dueness and in cell B4 enter the number 20. Then go to the Tab labeled Pick3HitSkipChart and enter the number 27 in cell B4.<br /><br />Go back to the Tab labeled Pick3Dueness and scroll over to cell range CI3 through CN10.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I did a backtest for Pennsylvania Dueness and was courious about other states so I selected Florida combined draws.<br /><br />I&#x27;ve been looking at Libra Dave&#x27;s method of Dueness Index for the Florida Pick 3 Combined Midday Evening draws.<br /><br />To calculate the Duesness:<br /><br />1. Calculate the Total Number of Hits in your states Pick 3 game. I&#x27;m testing this using all 8,737 Florida Pick 3 Combined Draws<br /><br />For example, the combination 000 has hit 7 times in 8,737 draws. So the average is 1248.14<br /><br />2.
