I think one was even a $30 scratcher... haha. I would imagine those who played a ton and made it part of their weekly or daily ritual before they won a big jp keep playing. Is there something wrong with accumulating wealth and gambling some away for the schools? No one should be excluded from playing, especially people that CAN afford to play.
