Much knowledge can be gained in this fasion. In fact, many polls use this same technique to determine the general population.<br /><br />Now the number of pre-tests might be a different story. If they vary how many pre-tests they do before the actual draw, your field of research will be skewed.</p>]]></description>

Remember back when Virgina lottery had a jackpot worth quite a big more than the odds of winning it and an Australia investment group tried to buy all 10M possible combinations and won the jackpot all by themselves. They showed with enough money and time when the jackpots were worth winning they could win them.
