			<description><![CDATA[<p>I noticed the Pick 3 day draw result on the lottery web site looked funny, with a black circle beside the result. I looked into it and found it was actually a white ball. Texas has a promotion for the rest of the month in which a white ball or green ball is drawn, and when the green ball is drawn, Pick 3 payouts (not including the Sum It Up feature) are increased by approximately 20%. The prize chart shown has some interesting math.
