When Ohio first started its SuperLotto games two plays cost a dollar but you could never buy one play for 50 . Michigan had a spare change game where you could play for a quarter or more but it didn't last long. Lotteries are designed to make money for the states and retailers expect to make at least a (5%)profit selling those games and 25 games don't allow that. Until states have stand alone lottery terminals that does not require a retailer to participate, 25 games will never be a money maker.... [ More ]

If you're speaking hypothetically, I would keep such a system secret. Speaking realistically, the lottery is specifically set up to thwart systems. Unless someone messes with the balls, or somehow fakes the display of winning numbers, there is absolutely no way to predict which balls will feed through the tube. All you can do is guess, and with that many combinations, it's a wild-a$$ guess, at best.

There are reasons why state lotteries don't offer 25 cent wagers and that probably goes back to the inception when people debated the pros and cons of establishing a lottery. However if they did offer a 25 cent wager, it would be 1/4 of the $1 payoff or $125 for a straight hit.

front and back pairs in pick3 is not a pick2...nobody knows about it that s why nobody plays it plus it doesnt have the box option...i am talking about a separate pick2 and not necessarily a: 0-9 option...the majority of Pick3 wins are box win so expect the majority of pick2 wins to be box wins...plus people dont even know about it it is not even advertise...not even 2by2 is a pick2...and if there was 1 who say there cant be 2....

For every winner there must be an appropriate number of losers or the game can't continue. This applies no matter how many games the state creates.

I'm guessing Florida has a Pick-2 game as Front and Back Pairs is offered as a sub-portion of the Pick-3 game. Hardly worth playing and not a way to get rich. Even if there were a 2/99 game, the prize would be roughly half the cost of playing all the possible pairings, nothing to get excited about.

BobP
