I was thinking about how to bet one digit in any position but after thinking about the pair bets, they might fall into your so what file because of the payoffs. $50 to $1 isn't a bad payoff until we make multiple bets on other pairs when the most we can win is $50.

I use reverse numbers psychology by NOT playing some of the numbers people post, especially those that I think conspire to promoting a mailed system, they have bad karma as it is, so even if I see one of my numbers, I'll sit out. To me so what is seeing a list of 50 pick-3 numbers good in all states and reading where one of those numbers hit in the box somewhere. The probability is when you have over 60 pick-3 drawings a day, at least one of those combos will hit every day, but the facts show if all those numbers were played straight in box in every drawing, it would show a huge loss.

Coin Toss, the states have transcended ALL mathematical theories one could develop to win. The only ways to win now are pure luck, and historical drawing formulas. If you try and use math, you'll do an excellent job of calculating losing numbers. 30 days is not enough for some tests. I did a backtest for 7 months for a program in the p-3 which I'm using on a trial period. It showed a profit of about 1,500 a month net, playing only ONLINE, but one month in particular, last August produced only one hit, but the very next month, 7 hits were produced. So.....you need longer periods to make sure short term good flukes, or bad ones do not determine the profitablity of the game.

This is typical of what a system seller would write, conveniently making no mention of the losing days or of consecutive losing days turning your play into catch up football'.

Since you are on Zeta Reticuli somebody has to volunteer to bring you up to speed on how Pick 3 is played.

If you KNOW ONE NUMBER and add it to ever possible two combination in some form, you get 36 singles/unmatched numbers, 18 doubles, and 1 triple.

Playing these 55 combinations at a minimum over the counter, fifty cents a set, you spend $27.50.

A single in Texas pays $40, a double $80, the triple $250.

That's it.

I agree with placing hopes on buying systems from people who only care about making a sale is a waste of money. I have never bought a system or book on lotteries, and most likely never will (never is a long time, hence, most likely ).

In football, it's all about percentages. You put your team in a position with the most favorable matchups and call the play with the best chance of success. Sometime it works. Sometimes it doesn't. But you come away from that particular experience knowing you did the best you could. PLENTY of lurkers/guests. Sometimes I come in and read without logging in. A few times lately I have been working on other things and forgot I was logged in. Hard to say a number but Lottery Post tops most of the search engines, so not hard to imagine quite a few.

How many lurkers do you think this board has? How many people who are indeed shlock peddlers and come here to get ideas?

I'm not going to mention any specific threads but at any given time there are always some discussions here that would be a systems seller's or a lottery director's wet dream .

I Ignore them. Over the years, I written, rewritten, modified, junked, and started over so many times I would never feel comfortable selling my stuff. There is always more to do and more to add and another routine you want to work on. So I agree with you CT.

Considering all the knowledge here, all the proposed systems and theories, all the I thinks , What ifs , number of people on this site, over 100,000 now and who knows hopw many lurkers, and no telling how many tickets played on any given draw date, where's a jackpot?

You can't imagine the warm feeling I get when I read happy posts like you and RD and tiggs and pumpi.

Those are the driving force that keeps us all looking for ways to improve our chances, and often I go back to reread some of the humor and banter you guys put out, just to rid myself of the bad taste left by the naysayers.

This will apply to all games and not just Systems or Mathematics so I'm putting it here.

Let's develop a So what test that can be used to measure the possible credibility or practicality of a lot of things we read here on LP or here from other lottery players.

This could also be used to really take a good look at some of the systems that the mail order schlock meisters try and sell.
