			<description><![CDATA[<p>I play in Iowa (which for Pick 3/4 uses the numbers drawn in Illinois) and the Pick 3/4 payouts here are slightly higher then other states at $600/$6000 for a straight. The same is true with our neighbor to the south Missouri (though they use computer generated numbers). Nebraska (also computer drawn) amd Kentucky both have $600 Pick 3 payouts, but not for Pick 4 as Nebraska doesn&#x27;t have a 4 number game and Kentucky sticks to a $5000 straight for their&#x27;s.<br /><br />The only higher payout I know of is M... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/230556">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
