They show have a Tax Free Lottery like Canada does. What you see is what you get there.

For most players our lotteries are tax free, it's just the 0.02% that win $600 or more that play taxes.

My openion is why don't the lotteries do what they say they will do? They say they will help build new schools here in Texas. Instead they a closing them down. I think the Lottery Money stays in Austin in Lotteries pockets.

If they can't do that, then stop the prize money from getting too high and just pay the taxes, so we can win what it says. Then not have to worry about Taxes.

It's probably more like 99% of lotto players chase a dream they can live off the winnings. You can't win if you don't play so the only question is how much is that dream worth.

Of course you can't live off of Pick3/4, it's ridiculous to think that anyone could. But thats not because the state/lottery won't allow you, it's the odds that prevent it.

It's not the lottery that is stopping you from coming up with a system, it's the odds. If you manage to beat the odds there is nothing the lottery or state can do to stop you.
