			<description><![CDATA[<p>My openion is why don&#x27;t the lotteries do what they say they will do? They say they will help build new schools here in Texas. Instead they a closing them down. I think the Lottery Money stays in Austin in Lotteries pockets.<br /><br />They show have a Tax Free Lottery like Canada does. What you see is what you get there.<br /><br />If they can&#x27;t do that, then stop the prize money from getting too high and just pay the taxes, so we can win what it says. Then not have to worry about Taxes.</p>]]></description>
