Well, we went on my birthday to the Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, IL. My first intention was to go to the new Flipt burger restuarant in the casino and my second intention was to gamble a little. Heck, it was my birthday, I should be lucky right? :)

Do NOT go on a Saturday if you want to get a machine because you will not be able to get one!! That's how packed and bad it is over there and we went at 2 p.m. on a Saturday!

And the TV talking heads keep telling us how bad the economy is; makes ya wonder.

What I want to know is has anyone been there during the week and how easy was it to get a nickel or penny machine?

Hey everyone, was wondering if anyone has been to the new Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, IL, which is near Rosemont?

I've been there once so far and only played only one slot Amazon woman $.25 machine. Usually I don't play quarter machines because they get too expensive especially when you play 3 lines at a time.
