I go to Mass. once a week and alway's get a few QP'S for the Mash Cash. I've hit 4 numbers a couple of times ($250). A number that I was playing

a few years back (2, 10, 13, 29, 33) actually came up, but I didn't make it to Mass. that week to play the numbers. $100K down the drain

I gotta be honest. I'm not really interested in this one. I would rather put my money into pb or mm. No lump sum for the jackpot winner is a deal breaker for me.

Just picked up my two numbers this morning. First drawing will be this Thursday. I intend to be the first jackpot winner, so don't bother playing

unless your just looking for chump change in the lower tier prizes.

Thanks for that info. In my state we haven't had this game before but didn't know it had already existed. Looking at what you point out you're right the odds were better before, even if the top prize was 2k a week and now it's 7k a week. Guess we both agree the smaller prizes are not good.

I'm on the CT border so I was gonna get a bunch of tickets but i think they made it worse. They say the odds were cut in half to win any prize. Its not a new game. Before you picked 4+1 for 2k a week. Now you need 5+1. Before you picked 1-39/1-39. Now its 1-40/1-21. Yea the smaller prizes suck too.

Hi,

I'm just curious who is going to play the new lottery game Lucky for Life in New England. I've been reading up on this new game just wish they were not charging 2 dollars to play it. I do like the fact that the odds are better than MM or PB since you need to get 5 numbers out of 40 and 1 lucky ball out of 21. I love the fact that the grand prize is 7,000 a week for life but the 2nd prize is 25,000 and wish it was more. I'm glad there is a new game in the mix just wish they kept it at a do... [ More ]
