			<description><![CDATA[<p>You are correct with the All States being the default. When I am in a hurry and posting for TN, I use the All States to get in several predictions for TN so that I don&#x27;t have to:<br /><br />Stroll to TN<br /><br />Then to Midday Pick Four<br /><br />enter numbers,<br /><br />then<br /><br />Then to Evening pick four<br /><br />enter numbers and then<br /><br />the same for pick 3..<br /><br />using all states I enter numbers one time.. then press enter.. They hit TN both evening and midday for pick 4 and also falls under all the other states.</p>]]></description>

Some actually test their systems or prediction skills for an individual states while other just throw stuff out there to see if any of it sticks. How you use it is up to you.
