			<description><![CDATA[<p>I saw a hedge fund guy interviewed on a business channel and he admitted that the stock market is now dominated by people like him who use it to gamble more than actually place a value on stocks. He also admitted that using complicated math based on probabilities and statistics, that their strategy does not assure 100% win ratio but something less than that.
