			<description><![CDATA[<p>I believe Lotto Max and 6/49 use ball machines, not computers.<br /><br />Check the State Lottery Report card in the Results file to confirm.<br /><br />Suggest you watch actual drawings.<br /><br />Don&#x27;t think you will see anything that would indicate the lottery drawings are not random.<br /><br />I believe you can buy Quick Picks at any lottery retailer.<br /><br />Combinations sold are no doubt available in a computer file that can be scanned for<br /><br />winners after the drawing is complete.<br /><br />IMHO, of course.</p>]]></description>

Mathematically, the number of plays exceeds the odds, so the probability of a winner greatly exceeds the stated odds.
