			<description><![CDATA[<p>It&#x27;s not how many tickets but the amount of the payout. Every Pick-3 and Pick-4 for has a maximum the states are willing to payout. I think it&#x27;s around 2-3 million dollars. Not sure though.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Interesting thing happened on November 11 (11/11); I tried to play pick 4 numbers 1111 but I was told this number was sold out meaning lots of people played it. I never knew there was a maximum ticket that can be sold. I went to 2 different stores just to make sure that it was really sold out. I&#x27;m sure there had to be a maximum ticket that can be sold or anyone who could figure out the pattern numbers would just buy too much tickets and could send the state lottery into bankrupty should there be... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/253056">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
