			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yea, we live in the most heavily taxed state, lottery and otherwise, so I would agree to 1% or less.<br /><br />Hopefully its a moot point and we go anonymous, but have not heard if that purposal has passed.<br /><br />just like when they passed the law for the 10.8% state tax on lottery,<br /><br />in the middle of the night they&#x27;re not making a lot of noise about it.</p>]]></description>

The same would probably be true if the winner paid to claim anonymously.
