I bought the book from his website. $40. Complete waste of money. It's a thin book to begin with and every other page has a full page graphic. There are no stats of any kind. He offers such help as, Be curteous to the clerks you buy tickets from and don't wait until the last minute . I'm not joking.

It may be a rant but it is a totally valid one.

He spews out a series of anecdotal comments with no substance.

This is the perfect time for him as first time players begin to play when jackpots skyrocket.

Sorry, I can't respect or give him credit since he makes money off suckers who think he has a system to win them money. He gets lucky and spends a ton of money playing these games. Gullible people think that must mean he has a system to win, guaranteed.

If I won 20 jackpots I wouldn't charge anyone to read my stories of winning or my methods of playing (I bought a ticket!).

Richard Lustig lives in Florida and I think he operates a talent agency. I spoke to him on the phone a couple months ago about his book and his methods for picking numbers. Carbob told me he saw him at a Publix in the Orlanda FL area buying a large number of scratch offs. Of course his tip is to buy bulk of just 1 type of sratch-off game and not buy 10 of these and 10 of those etc. I think he told me he also makes sure the larger jackpot prizes have NOT been won before he buys the scratch-offs.

He gets interviewed every time the jackpot is high but he has yet to win powerball and mega millions. So in my opinion he has yet to win any major jackpot so he is just trying to sell his book. he is lucky but still a loser in my book!-weshar75

And the word jackpot as it refers to his successes is purely relative. He's never won a major jackpot. At his best he's won a few hundred thousand in the Fantasy 5.
