They answered me back a month after I wrote them two emails complaining but I am glad they eventually responded. I know they probably get a lot of complaints but there's a lot he is doing wrong. I believe it may be just to pacify me into thinking they'll do something. I don't think his first name is a real one but his last name is Patel (his first is a common name, like Dave or John for example.) I hope you are right though.

I only wish... I used to go there all the time! It's crazy how mean and corrupt he is, maybe I didn't see all the things he was up to till now. I can only hope karma exists so he will not get a pass lol.

That's good that the lottery asked for the store information like that and seems like they will follow up on it. I hope justice is served.

Thanks dallascowboyfan, and to top it off, try to deny my winning tickets. That would have sucked if I took him at his word. He actually called his father (owner of store) and angrily talked about me in front of me. The other clerk told me that he was going through a rough time and to give him a pass! It's crazy

WOW!!!! Sorry that happen to you chel$belle. That's jacked up that he gave the ticket that you aksed for to another customer and then for the clerk to get smart with you.

I had an issue with a retailer, I was first in line and had asked for the next ticket on the roll of 100x The Money because it was on one of #s I like, and he said Alright, hold on a minute and proceeded to help a customer for a gas payment. A ticket poacher guy came up behind me, hearing me tell the retailer what I wanted and why, asked for the same ticket (he's behind me in line still) and the clerk said Okay, good luck , and I said Hey, wait!
