it won't quite be a million dollars each. Most people will be quite happy with being debt free. No one is being dilusional here.

Let me give you perspective . With our 57 cents a day investment ($20/5 weeks) we are buying into a dream (and a dream it is). No one is being dilusional here.

Maybe you don't get it. It is pure entetainment to provoke thought (the win).

Here is my logic (Imay be wrong)

I send copies to all for a few reasons.

I could very well have made a mistake and I want that person to catch it . The title of the email reads check your names . That would mean 1 of 2 things. I lost the actual collection list and simply forgot them (remember it is maybe 1 or 2 of 4 turdheads) or they or myself are lying. Remember they are not to give me there $20 without seeing me check their name off the list.

If I read this correctly and the OP, you send a copy of the tickets with the names of the people who paid even to the ones that didn't pay?

If so I would not do that. Reason being, that list of numbers could be a deciding factor in their favor in court. Who's to say you forgot to write their name on that list.

That is the other hassle with people who are not consistenly in the pool.

I am very careful to look at the last participant list and only include those names with the ticket bought with winnings.

These people may only have their name on the $20 ticket sheet, but they get a copy of all tickets with their name excluded.

I list everyone alphabetically and the other 45 players know, and that person knows everyone knows they are excluded.

Whoever is added to the pool I tell them, I ask that you play on a monthly basis because it becomes a hassle if you are well i cant this month but hit me up next month because you get into situations if you win free tickets or money and you use it for another drawing, the person that is no longer in it can still technically collect. I also run Florida Lotto pool and a one time pool agreement (for when mega money is over a certain ammount) with similar language. This is the original I came up with, but I do have the .99 cent or less winnings incorporated into the final agreements.

I am hoping the electronic trail will bolster the fact that they new as well as everyone else new they were not in BEFORE THE FIRST DRAWING. And they waited until after we hit to say anything.

Personal tickets that are not divisible by 20 and the fact it can be shown that everyone had copies of the tickets BEFORE THE FIRST DRAWING should add some weight with the judge.

Plus I have proof of the turdheads fragmented participation over a 3 year period.

Dump the inconsitencies.

For my pool at work, I have stated dues for the following month is duy by the 29th. If I don't have they money by then you are not in the pool for next month. The agreement everybody has signed is good for as long as their are no changes. Any changes to the agreement including adding/deleting players then a new agreement is printed out and resigned and the agreement has revision dates on it.

The personal tickets are not bought with pool money. Everyone has copies of all tickets before first drawing.

What if someone in the pool goes separate and buys personal tickets and wins. Do they owe me money?

Every penny is accounted for. I do not put a gun to these people's head and take their $20.

There is no such thing as litigation proof. Suing you requires a filing fee, not a winnable case. Of course if you should happen to win when the 4 turdheads weren't participating you can expect that they will definitely be suing you. The same is probably true of anyone else who didn't pay for that drawing. The most that you can hope for is that you've done enough to be sure that anyone suing you doesn't have a good case.

If the annuity value was around 100m when the pool won, divide that into 42 after state and federal taxes and what's left? Enough for a 30 day European vacation? Maybe new tires for the pick up truck on top of that? I think if the dollars are stretched the pool can go out for a celebratory dinner.

As a treat, I should fax a copy of this post to every law office in New York as Joke of the Day of course. They will shoot back with 100 different ways from Sunday that they'll earn their 33% or maybe surprise you if and when your pool ever wins.

As for purchasing a greater number of tickets to increase your chances, sometimes LESS is more.

I have read several postings related to naysayers in regards to large lottery pools

With help from the past stories I have read on this great website, I think I have refined a litigation proof system I have been using for more than 3 years with a lottery pool that varies currently between 42 and 46 co-workers.
