Reason being, that list of numbers could be a deciding factor in their favor in court. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>That is the other hassle with people who are not consistenly in the pool.<br /><br />I am very careful to look at the last participant list and only include those names with the ticket bought with winnings.<br /><br />These people may only have their name on the $20 ticket sheet, but they get a copy of all tickets with their name excluded.<br /><br />I list everyone alphabetically and the other 45 players know, and that person knows everyone knows they are excluded.<br /><br />Thanks</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Whoever is added to the pool I tell them, I ask that you play on a monthly basis because it becomes a hassle if you are well i cant this month but hit me up next month because you get into situations if you win free tickets or money and you use it for another drawing, the person that is no longer in it can still technically collect. Some constructiveness<br /><br />I am hoping the electronic trail will bolster the fact that they new as well as everyone else new they were not in BEFORE THE FIRST DRAWING. And they waited until after we hit to say anything.<br /><br />Personal tickets that are not divisible by 20 and the fact it can be shown that everyone had copies of the tickets BEFORE THE FIRST DRAWING should add some weight with the judge.<br /><br />Plus I have proof of the turdheads fragmented participation over a 3 year period.</p>]]></description>

If I don&#x27;t have they money by then you are not in the pool for next month. The agreement everybody has signed is good for as long as their are no changes. Of course if you should happen to win when the 4 turdheads weren&#x27;t participating you can expect that they will definitely be suing you. The same is probably true of anyone else who didn&#x27;t pay for that drawing.
