Looks like Ukraine Lottery uses the same operator GTECH that Florida, California and many other US states use. But still, the local lottery has responsibility to run those games that are provided by the operator in a truthful and transparent manner.

Also, an English tip for you:

Do not use the word boy unless you are talking about a small child. Use guy instead. Talking about guys as boys sounds very strange and insulting to Americans.

The Loto Maxima game used real drawing machines (the same which used in USA).

Ukrainian National Lottery was founded with little help (in organizational questions) of Florida lottery. I was read an article about it.

I called this boy strange because he have unusual methods.

We use the whells, number selection etc... He used simply Quick Pick analyze...

If Quick Pick is PREprogrammed to disallow us to fill whole pool of combinations then... It is advantage, isn't it

I don't believe there's any such thing as a bizarre method or strategy. Whatever ideas people come up with...well...it was in their brain,wasn't it? Are you calling them strange? If people saw some of the methods

I was reading an article the other day where the writer wrote if lotteries were run like casinos, every jackpot winner would be arrested and questioned until he/she admitted cheating. Unlike casino gamblers, lottery winners are assumed honest until proven other wise.

This was once. He now have 2 or 3 numbers correct almost every drawing.

Reverse Quck Pick give him the same results as when I use Gail Howard numbers selection strategy with her wheeling systems.

Even if nothing was going on and one assumed it was, he would have to find some pattern in the way numbers were being picked to convince himself it was. Once having done that he should be able to beat the system he believes is causing him to lose.

Even system players who believe the lotteries are as honest and random as humanly possible are looking for naturally occuring patterns that they might be able to use to give themselves an edge.

But we failed to give him the proof that lottery really doesn't use this 'dirt' methods.

And his proposal is try to use QP's with reverse.

Other side of medal is: what if lottery absolutely do not need it.

Perhaps this is an endless debate.

skew the numbers. Humans are creatures of habit and most play the same sort of numbers and the lotteries

He not mentioned the software. But he told us that they have the method which potentially can 'predict' is the ticket already lose before drawing has take place or not.

He completely believe that the ticket is preprogrammed.

He explain that the Central System used to collect our bets can be used to determine 'the window' which not covered by player to raise the Jackpot and give away the grand prize when it have 'critical point'.

information about the next draw could be gained from the barcode from a QB. This was a scam and what the

person was doing was taking a person up to the point of installing certain software that would allow him/her

But the boy absolutely believe that lottery vendors used 'special' software to not allow players to win jackpot using Quick Picks.

It is reason why he use numbers from Quck Picks tickets and then create a chart from which he picks the numbers which have less appearance.
