			<description><![CDATA[<p>I didn&#x27;t pay attention to their starting position, but clearly as the wheels stop completely the balls are sitting in the 7290 ...I don&#x27;t know why I took a second look but I did and the number posted for tonights winning number does not match what the video has after its completely stopped.. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Very snip ty procedure they have in place..first of all why they start with 4 balls only ??and paint the digits over a spinning wheel ...that&#x27;s fraud right there...and then they place those 4 balls in already predeterminated positions-they start at 9180 i think i saw..why not each ball start from same number ?
