Hello my fellow Lottery peeps..
I normally go to Mass lottery's webpage and check the daily 4 digit drawing every evening..There's a replay button that allows you to watch the wheels spin and the balls fall where they may..I know, some of us have sworn at one time or another that the balls seem to jump right out of their natural landing spot into another..Well this evening I watched the roll and the numbers were 7290..BUT...when the wheels finished rolling and the video stops the second number moves over to another slot into the 7...Take a look for yourself..Hmmmm..Press the replay button located at the end of the results line for this evening. First you have to be on the home page and then select the daily number..You arrive on the results page showing the number and the payouts..At the end of the results/payout line there a play button..Select this..Watch the air spin the wheels and the balls come to rest. When the video in completed and has stopped, look carefully at the results again..Different this time,Why would they touch the wheels and have a different number unless????
Very <snip>ty procedure they have in place..first of all why they start with 4 balls only ??and paint the digits over a spinning wheel ...that's fraud right there...and then they place those 4 balls in already predeterminated positions-they start at 9180 i think i saw..why not each ball start from same number ? Who decides that they should start like that ?
Why not let them in their original position from last draw then ??By starting them in certain postions that they want then the game is fixed right there !each wheel is in disadvantage becouse they did not start on same angle/position/number..
Oh my... i wonder what other states have this "tehnique".
This would not fly in Ny/Nj area.Players would quit or protest and lottery sales down massively.
Now back to the video itself, i do not notice anything abnormal other then the already mentioned things.
