The steps and final baseline is correct. The choice of wager is entirely subjective, personally, I go for straight bet. Now you have 7,8,9 as digits for next position 1 for x draws with priority 7 then 8 then 9 . Each digit will reduce 10,000 combos to 1000 for str8 hits 8512,7588,8600,79500. Is it worth spending 3000picks x 8 draws (24,000) for a prize of 4 hits x 5000(20,000)?no, but you get the ideal.So start with digit priority 7,8,9 into pairs 78,79 , this will reduce 10,000 to just 100 per... Not sure if I am doing this right with the baseline.

Also might also need further explanation on Pair + NP2 but with extended data 7588 and 7954 would be hits as I would simply reduce to a string without repeats and go singles or doubles at each wager.

Thanks for posting and using TX data Adobea. I wish my stats professors way back in undergrad had used lottery examples like yours! It would have made the topics much more engaging lol.

While we do have to go with random, there are definitely patterns within randomness and those are worthwhile to track, especially in ball-dropping states. If the environment is truly random then all major number categories (eg sums) even out in a given sample size.

If you're tired of tracking and endless statistics, then randomize just the pool and use each member as pivot for Prediction Interval. The premise of the game is randomness, you got to ride with random.
