increase your odds when playing pick 4 use 2 odd 2 even , 2 hi 2low. use doubles 2 hi doubles with 1 low even and 1 hi odd 2 low doubles with 1 even 1 odd

North Carolina does not have a problem following 1 up 1 down , my home state, I have watched this for years and it actually may tie in well with the new 1 off game that North Carolina has.

An example 963 and 396 fell respectively on March 14 and March 19. 1 up and 1 down numbers are as follows

On March 20 , 2015 683 fell.

What I did notice however, is that the 396 repeated many times over the

Lakerben, Just to show an example, I looked at New Mexico and using the repeats 429 (3-10) and 924 (4-1) respectively,

the 1 up 1 down are

429 529 439 420 329 419 428

924 024 934 925 824 914 923

On April 9 284 fell.

I also noted that 283 fell on March 31

283 383 293 284 183 273 282

Using the 1 up 1 down method , take your number and do just that add 1 and subtract 1 or you can use Lucky s 1 up 1 down on LP.

If someone else is doing this, I don t know just sharing what I do.

I am going to use VA to explain how I use it:

Using VA on January 28, 2015 p4 was 7194 day draw.

1 up 1 down numbers are as follows - 7914 8914 7014 7924 7915 6914 7814 7904 7913

Now you want to track these numbers to see when they last fell.
