  Using the 1 up 1 down method ,  take your number and do just that add 1 and subtract 1 or you can use Lucky’s 1 up 1 down on LP.

  If someone else is doing this,  I don’t know just sharing what I do.

   

  I am going to use VA to explain how I use it:

  Using VA  on January 28, 2015  p4   was 7194   day draw. 

  1 up 1 down numbers are as follows        -                   7914 8914 7014 7924 7915 6914 7814 7904 7913

   

  Now you want to track these numbers to see when they last fell. 

   

  I use the past year as a rule of thumb to ensure that every number has had a chance to fall any order. 

  I am really focusing on the past 6 months.

  Now highlight the numbers that fell before the date January 28, 2015.

  I would check the history to see when it likes to fall

   

  If you note, the only number from this set that has not fallen is 8914.     I would be looking for this number. 

  Usually only 1 number from set falls each month.

  Now if you track using  your calendar to look for triplets,  then the 3/10 calendar method may help you  zero in. 

  If not then I am sure that Lottolaughs or Lakerbens or any of the other Great pick 4 Posters will help. 

  It may even help those looking for the infamous X digit!

  Thanks MzDuffleBaglady!!!       Repeats are always a great indicator of the set to fall again.  I am able to narrow this way and when looking for a specific triplet then  this helps tremendously!

  North Carolina does not have a problem following  1 up 1 down , my home state,   I  have watched this  for years and  it actually may tie in well with the new 1 off game that North Carolina has.

   

   

  An example   963  and  396  fell respectively on  March 14 and March 19.   1 up and 1 down numbers are as follows

  On March 20 , 2015      683 fell.

   

  What  I did notice however, is that the 396 repeated many times over the following weeks  with no number from group……so this set was very hot. 

   

    On May 3,   063  fell.

   

   Example 2

   

  572 fell on  March 30    1 upand 1 down numbers are below

   

  572  672 582 573 472 562 571

   

  March 3   582 fell

  March 6  742 fell

  March 20 742  fell

  March 24  527  Repeat

  March 26  852 fell

  March 27  247 fell

  March 30  572  R

   

  When tracking this set and looking for what was missing from the set ,   I noted that   Feb 23  571   fell

   

  What was missing from this set  672  562  573

   

  On May  4 ,  North Carolina  had   735

   

   So,  maybe,   just maybe when 572 falls in any order again, you may see the 672 or 562...... just saying ....  keep your eyes on it!

  Another thing to take notice of is the back to back combos we had a couple of days ago. The 460 played MidDay and 046 played evening. Now when this happens look for the repeat combos pairs to return. Pairs 04,06, and 46 should be in the mix for the rest of August. Now pair 04 came back already in the form of 094. Let's see if the other two pairs follow, or if 04 continues to roll. One way to cut down on choices is to play these pairs as doubles, like 044,066, etc. Good luck.
