NEW POLL - ANSWER ANONYMOUSLY!

As M-A-N-Y have questioned the integrity of the NCEL drawing and auditing practices recently, I have proposed an October 1st, 2017 NO PLAY DAY (or night) initiative to try and send a message to the folks in Raleigh that we will NOT TOLERATE their rigging of NCEL games in ANY way, shape, or form. The goal is to spread the word state-wide to NOT partake in ANY NCEL play this day and I will chanpion this effort by abstaining myself.

NCEL Rigging - 09022015 - Night

Posted BEFORE the night draw on 090315:

I did look thru some things and thinking a 12pr might be in order this evening? Off the top of my head, 712, 512 312......1,2,3,5,7 would be my keys . 1,9 are due back soon. 25 is the most overdue sum night side and at it's max followed by 26. 03 pair is most overdue as well. Could be an interesting evening in NCEL land for sure....but then again, when isn't it!

Take the full list below, put in Inspector 3 (KEEP DUP's) and you will see some amazingly un- balanced and disturbing stats regarding how NCEL cheats us:

8/26/14 - NCEL LOTTO STATS - 2013 to August 2015

Sitting out tonight, but found some interesting facts for ya to ponder. From least to most repeats from 1/1/2013 to today. With approx 500 draws under our belts, this is how the number have played out so far and why you will wait another year to see some numbers drop. PS- I found your missing trips in the first group where you should see them 2-3 times a month, but they have some out in pre-draws.

In a month, if you focus only on digits 6 and 9 you can win 74% of the time. Meaning simply put, if you play combinations that contain digits 6 or 9 you will win more often than you lose. These digits show most often by default.

Truth or Dare NCEL style.......................................

TRUTH: The low and high sums ARE indeed due, but I ran a recent report and MANY of the 0-5 and 25-29 sums have not come out (in a LIVE draw) for MANY MANY draws (a year+ on some).

TRUTH: Trips came out 4x in the Pre-Draws in June, NEVER in the Live draw.....save your money. If you would have played all 10 sets of trips (000-999) you would have spend $300 (.50) or $600 (1.00) and NEVER seen a return. If

ITP P3 TIP 102 - QP's

Even though you play your QP's back for that day's draws, you need to keep them around for the week ahead. I have found that a QP CAN hit or show you the upcoming pattern in the days ahead. I track them on on XLS and this is an easy way to mark them when they line-up to a pattern, or hit in the days ahead.
