Truth or Dare NCEL style.......................................

TRUTH: The low and high sums ARE indeed due, but I ran a recent report and MANY of the 0-5 and 25-29 sums have not come out (in a "LIVE" draw) for MANY MANY draws (a year+ on some).

TRUTH: Trips came out 4x in the "Pre-Draws" in June, NEVER in the "Live" draw.....save your money. If you would have played all 10 sets of trips (000-999) you would have spend $300 (.50) or $600 (1.00) and NEVER seen a return. If they hit, great, but most of the time this is a losing proposition in NC.

TRUTH: NCEL does NOT want to let the low or high sums come out as they do naturally in other states. Why you ask? Because of Sum it up, where you can win extra money and TAKE extra $$ from them. Below is a prize chart for that add-on and you will see, they pay out big time for low or high sums. I agree with many of you, these low/high sums ARE overdue, bu the odds in NC are against them falling. In addition, the majority of very low or high sums come out in the pre-draws only. Lowest sum I found for last month in a "live draw) was an S5 2x, while other states run the full gamut. 9-18 is where the majority of the $$ will be.

DARE: To play the very low and high sums, play trips, they might come out, they may not. The majority of the $$ will always be in the 9-20 range.

In a month, if you focus only on digits 6 and 9 you can win 74% of the time. Meaning simply put, if you play combinations that contain digits 6 or 9 you will win more often than you lose. These digits show most often by default.

If you use filters to narrow plays you can lower your expense a little bit but it will be at the risk of removing a winner. This is a method I use when I don't have the time to sort systems. It's a no look method, just play and hope for a 6 or 9 to show which happens more often than NOT.

Sitting out tonight, but found some interesting facts for ya to ponder. From least to most repeats from 1/1/2013 to today. With approx 500 draws under our belts, this is how the number have played out so far and why you will wait another year to see some numbers drop. PS- I found your "missing" trips in the first group where you should see them 2-3 times a month, but they have some out in pre-draws.

"I did look thru some things and thinking a 12pr might be in order this evening? Off the top of my head, 712, 512 312......1,2,3,5,7 would be my keys . 1,9 are due back soon. 25 is the most overdue sum night side and at it's max followed by 26. 03 pair is most overdue as well. Could be an interesting evening in NCEL land for sure....but then again, when isn't it!

Ya know what's funny about this? Go watch the video from the "actual" (actual Pre-recorded that is) drawing. 1 came out then 8 with 2 being the second ball that did not make it in time because it was weighted down. This happens a LOT, and this is why many of us are 1-off, but have to watch closely, a still is posted below.

NEW POLL - ANSWER ANONYMOUSLY!
As M-A-N-Y have questioned the integrity of the NCEL drawing and auditing practices recently, I have proposed an October 1st, 2017 "NO PLAY DAY (or night)" initiative to try and send a message to the folks in Raleigh that we will NOT TOLERATE their rigging of NCEL games in ANY way, shape, or form. The goal is to spread the word state-wide to NOT partake in ANY NCEL play this day and I will chanpion this effort by abstaining myself.

IF I get 100 people that agree to not play on October 1st, I WILL post a petition that we can all sign outlining changes to their supposed "Live drawing" processes as well as requesting a FULL investigation into the Lottery Commission, Lottery Committee, Auditing processes and anything else associated with the way the lottery operates today. IF the investigation request is ignored by the Attorney General (Roy Cooper), then I am prepared to take OUR request to the Department of Justice in Washington D.C. as they would LOVE to investigate wrong doing an collect some money of their own when they find out what is going on (they WILL find it Alice!).
