because it is not them who won? and the wins being from places not where they played ticked them off? they also probably cheat at monopoly and scrabble. AND are probably not good winners either.

Yea, not sure how they're doing it, I decided to pass on it since I don't live there.

The place I was in isn't a casino, just a discount cigarette store that sells lottery and stuff for smoking,

Delaware has parlay cards again?

Way back when in the 1980s it was going to be the second state to have sports books (I don't know about now) but instead of getting the lines on the games from bookmakers they had people that worked for the Delaware lottery make them up.

The numbers were so out of whack that Vegas wiseguys, shift bosses, sports book operators, etc... were catching flights to bet the Delaware lines, and they middle a lot of games.

Yea, I made the trip,

I got 6 advance draw PB W/PP my last PB tix.

Then after looking at the football parlay card and saying pass on that,

I returned to the counter and asked for 10 advance draw MM W/MP.

My wife didn't hear what I asked for but said I want the same thing

she doesn't play the MP but she has it now, so we have 2 lines for each of the next 10 draws.

Anonymous...yea...I'll take it.

ill try explain it. how many combinations in the big draws , ill use 200 mill as an example. not correct but close enough.

how many tickets are sold in some states say a high pop state vs a small pop state? say 30 million sold vs 1 million sold.

now if a bell curve of those picks was drawn shown any sort of distribution there would be some combinations that matched or had 5 numbers , and the state selling 30 million tickets would cover MORE combinations than state selling 1 million comb... [ More ]

I don't care which state wins, I only care that I haven't won. Every ticket has an equal chance of winning, but states do not. It's statistically logical that the states with the largest ticket sales would have a higher percentage of winners, but me moving to those states doesn't make me any more likely to win.

say you buy $1 wiorth of tickets, and i buy $10 worth. wouldnt i be expecting to win 10x as often as you, would it be fair to say i have a right to 10x as many wins? I see it the same with states. the states that buy more CHANCES get more wins.

Two: No one is saying they have to win ALL the time. But if they contributing massively to building up these jackpots, their ought to be some reward for their efforts. Just because certain states throw in more money shouldn't assume they have more right to win that money then other non winning states. Case in point: We read or see images on tv of the refugee crisis in Europe say My heart goes out to them ..we know them not but it's the thought that counts. Maybe that's a lousy example, but I hope you get the gist of what I am attempting to convey.

Congratulate winner's from NY, NJ, FL, CA or to a lesser degree other areas of the country? Is it not fair to assume that most of winners would be coming from there? After all, the Lion's share of the jackpot money is thrown into the hat from players doing business there.
