I know who Brad Duke is, I google his name. As far as he buying 300 tickets to win his PB jackpot, you have to check that with someone else since that didn't come from me.

As far as someone not wishing to win a lottery jackpot, that's the chance everyone who buys lottery tickets take. I've always assumed if one want to avoid winning a lottery jackpot then they don't play.

Buy the way who is this cat Duke? He won a jackpot buying 300 tickets for the winning draw? I always get one mega millions quick pick. Of course the exception over 15 or so years has been the 300 million mark. Not 280. not 290. not 299. 300 million+. Then i will throw a 5 buck at it and thats mega millions.

Honestly, I would rather not win anything and live a normal life than win millions and have everyone just use me.

People will try to use you if they can whether you win a lottery jackpot or not. I welcome the challenge of winning a lottery jackpot and telling everyone to go to hell.

Even before the Powerball matrix had changed earlier this month, it was difficult to win any significant amount of money in the Powerball game, let alone the jackpot grand prize. I think when he played PB, it also had about 20 less numbers.

If only it was that easy for MM, I would go back to 04/14/2015, pick the 15 most popular numbers since that drawing, wheel them and play all 3003 combinations with all 15 mega balls for $45,045 and win that $93M jackpot.

One problem, nine numbers have hit six times or more and the next 15 have all hit five times and it would probably be my luck to pick the six that shouldn't be in the number pool and lose all of my $45K except for the 3003 combinations with the winning mega ball.

The Brad Duke Lottery System consisted of the following:

First he took the last 6 months of Powerball results. Then he figured out the 15 most commonly drawn numbers from those results.

Then he used a wheeling system to combine those 15 numbers together.

In a nutshell, that s it.

I only use it when I have free time since it takes several hours and when the jackpot is over $120 million or higher. Other times it's usually QP.

Are the lotteries worth playing if you don't have time to use your system? Beating those kinds of odds is never going to be easy.

Well not if they bought all the possible combinations via QuickPicks.

Or the strategy the Michigan couple and the MIT group that brought lots of tickets to beat the Massachusetts Wind Fall game wasn't a system?

This sequence only applies to jackpot games with double digits numbers (basically breaking down the double digit value to a single digit weight).

I would imagine you'd see the same uniqueness for the results of Pick 3 games if you look over the past results.

This is the Jackpot Games sub-forum. Maybe look in the Pick 3 forum for some ideas.

The CA PB playslip has 10 x 3 grid for the PB selection, so everything falls into the same columns from the white ball selection above it.

I'm sure the playslips have some psychological impact on how numbers are chosen, and its probably in the lottery's favor.

I'd like to make a correction to the percentage of having 3 consecutive digits (originally stated as 80%).

It should be stated that 20% of the time, the sequence WILL contain 3 consecutive (sequential) digits. 10% of the time the sequence WILL contain either 4 or 5 consecutive digits.

It's not really an approach and definitely not a system. It is merely an observation. It is not speculation, it is fact.

You can check it out for yourself by listing at least the past 20 draws for any jackpot game and write the sequence out for each draw.

Ohio also has a 10x7 grid for its new PB play slip and a 5x6 for the bonus numbers. My software has a similar layout to help when making out play slips, in fact it has similar layouts to match the play slips of all the games I play.

Only problem is the software has to be updated every time the play slips design changes. A couple of years ago Ohio changed vendors for its terminals and they change the 6/49 play slip from 10x5 grid to 5x10 and the software had to be updated even though the game

I filled out one of the new PB slips (CA) and the new matrix has 10 columns. All 1's are in their own column, all 2's, etc. It makes it applying my sequence easier when filling out the playslip. 85% being either a 4 or 5 sequence is the same as saying there will be 1 or 2 column repeats per draw.

I'm going to try to come up with a system for the rows . . . . hmmm

Duke could have covered 10% of the 3003 lines for $300 and possibly used a 4 if 4 of 15 number wheel. He mentioned a couple of nice hits before his jackpot win and probably explains betting $300.

My guess would be some where around the previous 30 drawings since at least 50% of the combinations have had all their numbers hit at least once in that period. But that' all past history now that PB has a new matrix.

The best thing you can do is observe past results. Let me preface that by saying all it has yielded me is about 10% average per draw, so take all of this with a grain of salt.

You were lucky to only lost $3 covering half of 3003 combinations, you should have tried a wheel that guaranteed a match5 if all 5 winning numbers were in the pool.

From what I read, Duke's system was simply using 15 numbers that appeared the most over a period of time. My only question is what period of time? . I matched 5 of 15 RC5 numbers and lost $3 because I only covered 0.43% of the possible 3003 lines. It looks like Duke was spending around $300 a drawing which gave him much more coverage than the 13 lines I used.

I do have a system, but it has taken many years to elucidate, hone, and perfect, so I can understand why a lot of members don't readily share.

It is smart to graph the numbers. For PB i have noticed that often you will have three to four longshots in any given drawing. So cold to hot numbers should be weighted accordingly.

There has been so many people trying to sell systems that simulate or duplicate Brad Duke's system that it's hard to tell what his system was or is. It really doesn't matter since he hasn't won another jackpot so maybe he just got lucky which is more than I can say for my system.

My system also include numbers from past drawings but I use it for all the games I play. I've matched 5of6 twice in the local Classic Lotto(6/49) in spite of the fact that most times I can't get a match3 with 10 line... [ More ]

Solewinner21, you are absolutely correct on pb that it will be harder to win the jackpot. I use a combination of picking my sets of numbers, you could use for example addresses, but I do not use birthdays anymore.
