			<description><![CDATA[<p>Frank, you&#x27;re welcome.<br /><br />When you read Urban Kress&#x27; columns, you&#x27;ll see that he&#x27;ll stick to a pattern. His analysis is always based upon a fixed set of about three or four different ways he tracks the numbers. They&#x27;re not all that complex, actually they&#x27;re easy to understand. But what struck me the most was the fact that they&#x27;re very common sense-ical.<br /><br />His analysis is very insightful. I learned a ton by reading his columns. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Frank, I see that you&#x27;re in NYC... Lotto News hits the newstands every other week. It&#x27;s sister publication, Lotto Stats, hits the newstands every other week as well. So if Lotto Stats is on the newstands this week, Lotto News wont be out until next week.<br /><br />Obviously there isn&#x27;t an archive of Kress&#x27;s columns in the hardcopy edition of Lotto News.
