Frank, I see that you're in NYC... Lotto News hits the newstands every other week. It's sister publication, Lotto Stats, hits the newstands every other week as well. So if Lotto Stats is on the newstands this week, Lotto News wont be out until next week.
Obviously there isn't an archive of Kress's columns in the hardcopy edition of Lotto News. Urb Kress had his own website up until very recently, but he wrote in his column that he had decided that he was going to take it down as he is retired and wanted to spend more time with his family.
I live in NY's upper Hudson Valley, and I searched high and low for Lotto News/Stats in local stores, and I could not find it anywhere. I finally asked in a store if they carried it. The store owner told me that they use to carry it, but that delivery of it was stopped by Lotto News, and that if I wanted it here in The HV, I'd have to subscribe to a hardcopy delivered in the U.S Mail, or subscribe to it's online edition. I'm an old guy, and I like my paper, so I took a hardcopy subscription delivered by US Mail. I've let it lapse and need to renew it. I saved all the copies I got, so that's my archive.
Last Summer, I was driving through Brewster, NY and stopped to buy gas. I went in the station to buy a soda, and I noticed Lotto News laying on a stand with The NY Post and The Daily News. That's the closest place to where I live that I ever saw it in print. Unfortunately for me, Brewster is too far to go to buy it each week.
As the other poster said, if you Google lotstats, that'll take you to the Lotto News website. G5
