			<description><![CDATA[<p>Not quite sure what you mean?<br /><br />What I do is pick a pattern -- 41% of P3 results contain 2 of yesterday&#x27;s P4 results, so that is the most common outcome.<br /><br />Say yesterday&#x27;s P4 results were 0144 and 1235 -- that gives us 6 digits: 0,1,2,3,4,5. We are expecting 2 of these to show in P3, so we make our pairs: 01,02,03,04,05,12,13,14,15,23,24,25,34,35,45 and combine them with the remaining digits: 6,7,8,9. Then the finale at 10:12pm.<br /><br />That&#x27;s really four draws in a half a day. 12 hours. (1/2 or .5)<br /><br />That&#x27;s 1 draw, every 3rd of a 1/2 day.<br /><br />Your number matches the least at the 1st draw is 5 AND 5. Then the most matches from then on. LOL<br /><br />Starting with the Morning 3 and 4.<br /><br />There has been 754 Pick 3 and pick 4 morning draws.<br /><br />Out of those 754 draws, there have been 676 of those games where a number was drawn in the pick 3 and then again in the pick 4. That&#x27;s 89.66% of the draws.<br /><br />There was 709 times that a number showed up in the pick 3 and it&#x27;s numeric opposite showed up in the pick 4. Right now, this isn&#x27;t really telling us what to play either.<br /><br />For me, I&#x27;m and have been looking for real, solid mathematical proof of whether anything really can be done to predict a completely random thing.<br /><br />I don&#x27;t want guessing. The results for Georgia.<br /><br />From January 23, 2006 in Georgia where you have had both pick 3 and pick 4 draws one right after the other, there have been 3,495 games drawn. Out of those 3,495 draws, there where 10,485 pick 3 numbers and 13,980 pick 4 numbers. These results are up to and including today&#x27;s 2/2/2016 day draw.<br /><br />Out of those 3,495 draws there where 3,324 games that where at least one number drawn in the pick 3 showed up in the pick 4 of the same draw. I got a PRO on here that&#x27;s helping with that though. He&#x27;s a lot more experienced with excel than I am and luckily has all draws with all states already. He has sent me the pick 3 draws for the states and when he gets time to send me the 4 draws, I&#x27;ll work a set up real quick. In the first 5,000 draws, there have been 15,000 pick 3 numbers drawn. 20,000 pick 4 numbers drawn. And in those first 5,000 drawings that come one right after the other, there have been 11,440 matches from one draw to the next. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello LOTTOKING2016,<br /><br />I&#x27;ll be doing all states that have both 3 and 4 draws and uploading the books for people to download for themselves also. They&#x27;ll be in Excel and will need to be excel 2010 or better for all the formatting and stuff to work. I&#x27;ll put a link up in this thread for them as soon as I get that done. Right now they will account 5,000 draws and give results. Judging from the MO website though, they are gonna have to be BIGGER. LOL. They&#x27;ve had a ton of draws. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have built a sheet that will compare each draw, pick 3 numbers drawn to pick 4 numbers drawn. It shows how many times that either the same numbers showed up in the pick 3 draw as it did in the pick 4 draw of the same session. Like the 1/31/2016 day draw for the pick 3 had 5-0-1 and 4-8-9-7 here in NC.
