Thank you for those kind words but I think we are definitely in the minority here. No one really cares as long as they can play their games. Although I now play my Mega and Powerball in Florida. I can play powerball for 6 months and mega for 3 months. I refuse to give my money to the NYS lottery anymore. The sad part is that no one really cares not the people not the politicians. It makes money for the state and the hard core gamblers have to play.

rgse90, thank you for bringing this to our attention and exposing NYS lottery and what they are doing. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. I hope the media picks up on this and NYS lottery gets hurt somehow. Keep doing what you are doing and fighting against evil.

I am going to prepare this for news shows. If you have a list of email addresses of those shows you think would be interested I will add them to the list. This is very important because it seems that this is a practice that is being done in many states. Where they destroy tickets at will by guidelines that are very ambiguous. Thank you

Rather than spending all of your time and financial resources pursuing this matter, you should take this case to some very public news forum, either on local or national TV or social media [lay out your evidence], and let the media conduct their own investigation of the NY Lottery Commission. Go to 60 minutes or one of those national whistle blowing media outlets. UPDATE:

I have sent out 30 letters dated for January 28, 2016 and 65 letters dated December 10, 2015 to every county DA, to every Senator and assemblyman sitting on the gaming commission that over sees NYS lottery division, ALL the commissioners of the NYS Lottery, The Sountern District Da. Preet Bharara, and the local newspapers. To date only 2 senators have contacted me back in December 2015 but nothing more.

To answer ALL your questions in order:

1-I cannot find an attorney that specializes in NYS Lottery law.

2-I sent my letters to as many media outlets I could.

3-I am not adverse in social media so for me that is archaic lol

4-I got no advice from a lawyer because cannot find one although I reached out to many who were said to be specialist with lottery law.

Enigmas I am sorry because I was one of the people who really did have faith in the NYS Lottery and I also responded and told you that. I really did believe it until the retailers actually told me to my face that the tickets were removed all these months earlier. Now I am a believer. I am still looking for a lawyer but I do apologize because you were right and I was wrong and I admit it. Now I am fighting them.

You know I hate to say I told you so but I told everyone about this about this particular game and NYS Lottery's shenanigans with it over a year ago. But people here had a lot of faith in NYS Lottery even making claims that they would never resort to ethically questionable behavior.

It is one of the reasons I believe they got rid of their Winners Atlas and don't accurately reflect their Remaining top prizes page.

My nick name is Donafello and have a you tube channel with the same name. I have been scratching almost $200 a day in tickets for the last 100 days on my channel live on video. Now I;m not even going to get into the amount of losers I have pulled, but I have to voice my concern about these $30 tickets. Have you retained an attorney that specializes in dealing with this type of fraud ??? Have you gone to the snail media [TV] yet,and encourage them to conduct an investigation ???
