NO it's not legal to cheat customers but several properties have been reported doing so..... some casinos refuse to lose

I am a player advocate for all forms of gambling it's proven that they don't get a FAIR Deal.

I did not hear about that State Gaming Board Inspector's report, if a complaint was filed.

Is this legal for the casino to do?? I'd be really upset if I were her, because that $$ could handle all my problems.
