			<description><![CDATA[<p>Does the Florida Lottery state the rules when they post the 2nd chance promotion. Our state posts the rules and whether or not all entries are thrown out after the first draw. Of course there are different strategies, but you should probably ask for clarification on the rules.<br /><br />I find entering a few a day works out better in our state as when they go to draw the prize they do something odd with the entries. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I entered all of the Flamingo Multiplier Second Chance drawings, and I was an alternate winner for the second drawing (with I believe 800-1200 entries - mix of 20, 10, 5, 2, and 1 tickets entered including the 20 entry bonus).<br /><br />For some of the old Second Chance drawings, I remember seeing that they published the number of entries in total (at the top or bottom) or somewhere.
