Hi !! I requested the full liability report from the New York lottery. I have the info for every scratch off games. I advised them I needed the report because I did not want to be wasting my money trying to get a prize that does not exist. Just request the full Liability report with the break down for every prize for every game. Its called a FOIL request. (Freedom Of Information request). I was responding primarily to your previous post where you mentioned the particular ticket you purchased always has the highest payouts from #50-41, which may be true sometimes but certainly isn't the case all of the time.

As I mentioned, if you buy the last ten tickets of a roll and don't get much in return, chances are that the next roll may make up for it. But again, it's no guarantee.

A store that I play sold one of the jackpot prizes for that game. Owner said he doesn't know who bought it, nobody ever came back and said anything.

There is no guarantee with the lottery, as I stated my experience only applies to the $10,000 A Week For Life game. If you have been buying a $25.00 ticket, it's something different.

There's no guarantee that buying ticket #'s 50-41 will win you a high prize. Yes, it's possible but not guaranteed. Many times I've bought ten of the $25.00 tickets, #50-41 and won only $40.00.

Which of course may mean that ticket #'s 40-31 may have a higher payout but again, not necessarily so. I remember buying ten at a time from that pack and it wasn't until I reached ticket #'s 20-11 that I saw a $100.00 winner.

Yes, you are right, they can show up anywhere at times. But, you just proved my point. You said you won on ticket #35? Seems that there are more guaranteed prize slots at certain ticket numbers. Plus, I did state that in my original post, from tickets #40-#50 is where you should buy in. They have the high prizes as well, because it is a fresh roll. I'd avoid certain numbers like #1, always seems to be a loser. But, like the old lotto saying, hey you never know .

Wow thanks for breaking it down I get it now . How come They don't just say that in layman's terms on the web site?? And while they are at it mention what's left of ALL the prizes. Lets just say I want to go For the $500.00 prize. I would be wasting my money if they already sold all of them , and they only have the top prize and second prize available along with the $25 and $40 prizes. Any winner can show up anywhere in a book, whether it be ticket 50 or ticket 001, I've had a $100 winner on this game on ticket 40, then another one on ticket 35 from the same book. It's random

That's pretty accurate. Here is how I look at it though using there odds and hoping I have found some system. I could be just wanting to be right. I am not a mathematical genious.

See the odds below. Let's take the odds for the $100 win. If the odds are 1 in : 35.71 and there are 50 tickets in a roll there should be 1 guaranteed $100 winner in the roll. However, I have experienced more. Now, 1 in 35.71 is the tricky part. I like to round that up to 1 in 36. The rolls count backwards from 50... [ More ]

$10,000 a week for life will have 1 or 2 $100 winners per book, all depends on how they were printed and if you get lucky to find a book with 2 of them.

It's not possible to find out how many are left for the prizes that aren't 1st and 2nd, but you can find out how many were printed by multiplying the odds for the jackpot, by how many jackpots the game started with. Then take that number and divide it by the odds for the prize you want to find out how many were printed.

I don't play the $7,000,000 Cash Blow Out often. But, I do recall two 1st prizes being won. The same goes for $10,000 Week For Life. However, this game is like Win for Life or Set For Life and they also reload with more jackpots. All my research is from a total of 4 local stores within a 25 mile radius. I have won $100 on a #33 ticket as well.

Thank you I appreciate the info. I had that experience with the 20 and 25 dollar tickets where the retailer hands me some random ticket that was just laying around. Of course it was a loser. Do you play the $7,000,000 Cash blow out? How could we find out about the other 11 prizes available. I've been playing this game every weekend after pay day since April of this year. I usually spend about $100 a week and if I win during my trip, reinvest 50% of it on more tickets.
