The way I mean it is, if you today get 123456, tomorrows draw has the same chance to get 123456 as any other combination.

Your are correct.

The $2 jackpot games are too expensive.

IMHO - A Mega Millions player needs to wheel 21 numbers just to get into the ballpark.

The total includes 3 numbers from each of the 7 decades, plus the stand alone 70, which can be plugged into the final list of combinations.

There are many wheels but the only one I've found that minimizes the cost is The Lucky Gene.

I use the wheel that provides 9 sets. I don't worry about the guarantee.

Agreed, the giant games are little more then a ticket to dreams. Florida still has a large number of state games that are affordable. A ten or twelve number wheel can drop the odds of a lower tier prize way down, when there is no jackpot winner the Pick-5 roll down can mean an interesting four number prize. IMHO Pick-3 Positional Straight play wheeling can make a lot more sense then all the box number systems I see promoted.

The cost of play is probably why many players don't play wheels. And with both jackpot games selling tickets at $2, wheeling systems for those games are just not worth playing. A system using all 26 bonus numbers costs at a minimum $52.

Hi, this example is not specific to wagers as exponential must be considered, but for a total in a 50 draw time period during this month, not including the first 6 days of the month which are used as the 'prior', and an inference of 6 'new bets' per each draw, I have observed 10 straights, and 24 boxes.

Why are the conditions any different playing our own picks or buying QPs?

I can play the 5 all even triples (000, 222, 444, 666, 888) and say if conditions are met for the next drawing (the condition being that the next drawing is a triple), I have a 5/10 chance of winning.

If you believe a triple will be drawn in the next drawing isn't it rather stupid to bet only half the triples?

I understand your point on game history.

However, my use of game history is different from yours.

First of all, I only use the game history for the drawings I play.

Texas has 4 drawings per day.

The 6 pm drawing is a fit for my situation.

Therefore, I use game history from the 6 p.m. Daily 4 drawing.

I ignore the 3 other drawings, as well as the pretests.

Further, I divide the history into three major parts:

Main A for digits 1,2 and 3.

In my humble opinion, based on years of trial and error lottery play, all 'lottery systems' that I know of are nothing more than fancy adding machines.

This view includes Excel, which, by the way, is not designed for lottery play.

All of these so-called systems seldom work because they have one major and fatal flaw - they can't/don't recognize 'trends' and lack the ability to use 'trend information' to generate winning combinations.

What I've found from backtesting hundreds of systems over the last 10 years or so is that if you do the math associated with If conditions are met , or backtest with real data for a sufficiently long period, the odds ALWAYS reduce to what they should be, and no better (and no worse).

I like to use certain strategies simply because I find it entertaining. I often have insomnia problems, just a night time hypervigilance thing, and it can be an enjoyable and relaxing way to pass a couple hours. I like to listen to music and half-daydream while I am making various charts and such. I do find that I get more small prize wins that way, compared to when I just did easy/quick picks a few years ago. Even this could simply be quite the coincidence, who knows, but it adds a little incen... [ More ]

I agree and disagree. I agree that using a system for the big games is futile because of the astronomical odds. Smaller games like pick-3 and pick-2 is more viable.

But when you write that winning 123456 twice in a row is the same as any other set is wrong in my opinion. Sure it has the same chance of showing twice in a row, but the probability of it showing would be in the billions to 1, if not more.

I wonder why do some people use these systems. No one can predict what numbers will pop out because getting 123456 two times in a row is as likely as getting any set of numbers. There is a story that a guy in USA came from Pakistan, dreamt a set of numbers and was playing them. 15 years later he won but I believe it has nothing to do with his dream.

I never won more than $100 but a guy I met at a store has once won 18K but his sister who lives in another city has won 3 times millions of... [ More ]
