In my humble opinion, based on years of trial and error lottery play, all 'lottery systems' that I know of are nothing more than fancy adding machines.
This view includes Excel, which, by the way, is not designed for lottery play.
All of these so-called systems seldom work because they have one major and fatal flaw - they can't/don't recognize 'trends' and lack the ability to use 'trend information' to generate winning combinations.
Yes, some adding machine system outputs do win, but not consistently, as many LP posts indicate.
Any Pick 3 combination played long enough will eventually match the winning permutation/combination.
I've read one story where some folks played the same set of numbers for 28 years before winning.
Personally, I have used up a lot of time, effort and money trying to win a lottery prize using commercial and home-grown lottery adding machines, but I have gotten smarter and wiser.
All of the methods I now use define game history in ways that produce useful 'trends' that show where the game has been and where it might be headed in rational and useful terms.
I have also learned how to evaluate information through visual inspection and/or detailed strategies.
All I have to do to win is correctly analyze the data and choose numbers that seem to have the best chance of being in the next winning combination.
Sometime my guesswork is correct, but, I'm losing more than I'm winning.
I seldom won anything using a fancy adding machine.
What is a 'trend', you might be asking.
Sorry, but despite the efforts of many smart people and computers, no one has come up with a definition that can be applied to all lottery games.
This is why official lotteries are laughing all the way to the bank while the players are counting their losses.
However, I have discovered a definition that is working for me.
Basically, I use the power of substitution to generate a variety of tracking charts having a definite purpose and application.
Here is a 'trend line' from one of my Texas Daily 4 tracking charts.
"7746775684746656776"
Question is - What's Next? What's the next number?
The spread is 4 to 8. Therefore, the next number has to be 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8.
The correct choice is '6', which, using other means, identifies one of the four numbers needed for a pick 4 game play.
How was that 'trend line' generated, you might be asking.
Sorry, but I don't think I could explain my methods in ways that most folks would understand.
Besides, folks who visit LP to gain insight on lottery play are only interested in the adding machines that rely on mathematics, such as inventories, percentages, odds, and simple methods few people can understand.
The individual who can develop a list of 'triggers' that correctly and consistently warn users when certain mathematically derived events, such as specific triples, pairs, etc, will arrive next, will make a lot of money.
Fortunately for official lotteries no person or system can know in advance what the next winning combination will be.
It's guesswork, pure and simple.
All one needs is a factual data base and the mental ability to evaluate information and come up with winning strategies.
As for my systems, I doubt LP members and visitors would be that interested.
A big win would, of course, prompt a lot of interest and demand.
Maybe one day soon I'll make all of the correct choices and have something to brag about.
Everyone will then want to know - how did you do it?
Thanks for your interest.
