			<description><![CDATA[<p>Her most recent claims in TX are from 9/04/12 with 36 of them ranging from $5 to $1,000.<br /><br />Here&#x27;s information I received from the Texas Lottery for claims from 01/01/2010 through 11/24/19. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Few people have actually done it. But once the Lottery Police gets wind of it, the players leave the sport. In the case of Joan Ginther, she only played the scratch off knowing that 80% of the ticket sales was sold beforehand by looking that the TX state lottery website. Thus Joan figured that the remaining tickets were at Lotto Headquarters distribution center. I am sure that Joan realized that the $10 Million scratch off would be her last gamble if she won. Wining a total of over $20 Million would be a red flag to the Lottery Officials. Personally, I find that multiple jackpot winners tend to keep a very low profile.
