  It's been a long time since Joan Ginther's last lottery win. Given that she won four major prizes over a decade, Ginther might have quit playing the game. Wining a total of over $20 Million would be a red flag to the Lottery Officials. Personally, I find that multiple jackpot winners tend to keep a very low profile. The moment when they talk, the Lottery Officials will make the games harder to win. Just look at the Powerball and Mega Millions jackpot.  Although Ginther had largely avoided those games. It would be interest to know that Joan Ginther is doing these days. I am assuming that she invested her winnings into the stock market. 

  If I ever won around $5 Million, I would quit for a few years before playing the lottery again. Too many wins by one person will be enough to get the Lottery Police to investigate. Once they figure out how you crack their game, they will shut it down and create a harder version as its replacement.

  Yea, she's probably somewhere enjoying all her money...

  But, in the case of the the Lottery Officials?... it doesn't matter how harder they recreate any game.. MATH is always there to size it up...

  It is the only TRUE consistent measurements that exposes any deceit, corruption, anywhere, anytime, under any circumstances..!!

  Few people have actually done it. But once the Lottery Police gets wind of it, the players leave the sport. In the case of Joan Ginther, she only played the scratch off knowing that 80% of the ticket sales was sold beforehand by looking that the TX state lottery website. Thus Joan figured that the remaining tickets were at Lotto Headquarters distribution center. I am sure that Joan realized that the $10 Million scratch off would be her last gamble if she won. It's been 9 years since Joan's last lotto win. The reason to why she keeps a low profile if because the Lotto Police has her under their watchful eye.

   

  The moral of winning the lottery is to play in bulk sets. Collect all of your winnings in one huge pile before going to Lotto HQ to cash them. Especially if the total prize is well over $1 Million. Once your total winnings are over $5 Million be sure to quit while you're still a head of the game.

  You can do a public records request to the TX lottery and see if she's claimed anything. I don't know if they'd fulfill it if you're out of state. If you do you should post what you find out.

  Her most recent claims in TX are from 9/04/12 with 36 of them ranging from $5 to $1,000.

   

  Here's information I received from the Texas Lottery for claims from 01/01/2010 through 11/24/19. It looks like she mailed at least some of her smaller wins in as it includes a lot of amounts less than $500.
