			<description><![CDATA[<p>That&#x27;s a good point. I have used the test draws in the past, but it just makes a bigger mess keeping up with the unofficial and official, confirmed payable numbers. And I saw it a lot in the Pick 3 forum where someone&#x27;s picks (LadyC talking to you) hit quite often in the unofficial pre-tests.<br /><br />Without adding them back in, I&#x27;d venture a guess the Average out time would go up. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Texas is unique because the state lottery publishes the test draw results. The first decision to make is not how many draws to count, but whether to include the test draws or only use the official draws. They do 4-6 pre-draws before the real one.</p>]]></description>
