Unfortunately even those measures cannot protect computerized drawings.

Whatever is shown on the screen even if you're showing the computer code that is supposedly running is not what is happening inside the computer. A computer runs machine language, which is just a bunch of numbers. It is the native language of the CPU in the computer. Nothing to disagree with here, from a player perspective. Of course the lottery would say that the average observer can't understand computer code enough to tell if it has errors. Maybe, maybe not. Either way, if observers take pictures and post them on Reddit or Twitter, geeks from all over the world would point out any bugs in the code.

All good suggestions. I think observers from the general public should be allowed to take cell phone videos of the drawing. If the draw procedures are secure, what is there to hide?

One issue is that balls made of transparent materials will more readily show scratches from wear and tear. Maybe coat them in a lubricant

Keeping mechanical drawings secure is straightforward, even if laborious. Keeping PRNG drawings secure and transparent takes more creativity, and is more relevant as more and more lotteries throw out their mechanical drawing systems in favor of cheaper computer systems. Hmmm.

You live in Austin. I volunteer you to go to the studio and watch the equipment 24/7.

Frankly, Texas lottery draws are quite secure, regardless of conspiracies on a lottery message board. If you have true suspicions, that you can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt, take it to court. Otherwise you're just making unfounded accusations.

Any draw that was rigged in the past has been by someone for personal gain, not by a lottery official trying to cheat the buying public.

Would you agree to this new terms if each lottery systems in the country upgrade so that people bet their money with confidence the system is no longer rigged? Need your opinion.
