			<description><![CDATA[<p>Expectation vs Actual 2021<br /><br />To get oriented, I compiled a list of every draw result from calendar year 2021 so far and took a look at them versus expectation.<br /><br />So far this calendar year there have been 20,737 draws.<br /><br />Of those draws (by my quick count) there have been 6198 actual total twin pairs.<br /><br />Out of 1000 possible Pick 3 numbers, there are 300 twin pairs, so the expectation is that 3/10 of the draws will be twin pairs.<br /><br />So how are we doing versus expectation?<br /><br />Expected = 20,737... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/338509/6765058">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
